Conor Pope gives Country Kitchens Bakery "Top Notch" verdict 29-12-08

We were delighted that Conor Pope gave our bread a good review in the Irish Times, Tested by Conor Pope section.

Conor said, “They are comparitively low in salt but, more importantly, managed to be substantial while being fairly light. They also have a nice bready flavour and, more than the others, made our kitchen smell nice during baking.”
